Make art not war, #49 original painting
Twenty years ago I made a t shirt for myself with pink sparkly letters. It said “make art not war.” Today, as we hear stories of artists having to pause their careers to become soldiers in Ukraine, it reminds me of that shirt. It makes me think of all the artists around the world who have had to pause or whose art we will never experience due to war and all its fallout.
This listing is for the original 10x10” painting on stretcher bars.
